  sweetface i think that was one of the most horrible stories i have ever read.my heart goes out to him. God is in control even though we may not understand everything he does or allows. He is in control. I am in no position nor will I ever be in a position to judge God. He created us so He knows what he is doing

  God's love protects you. We should have a healthy fear of God...loving. He created us and if we take the time we can get to know him and all the bad feelings will be washed away

  I think I am an Atheist (current JW)

  i am writing this group to discuss a topic that as you can imagine i really cannot discuss with too many people, at least as of now.

  i am a married male jw, married to a another jw, and she's content with being a witness, and in fact, i don't want to change that if she's happy.. for a very brief history, i was baptized at 19, and have been a jw for 10 years.

  fact is, i 'believed' in everything in as much as a lot of it 'made sense' and i was wrapped up in the whole thing.

  go to the thread why belive God and read the comment posted by jesusislord. Also read the whole book of Romans especially 8-10. It should change the way you view the wts. They are a false prophet that has been responsible for the murdering of innocent people.their Bible is twisted. They are the only ones that use that translation of the Bible. I could say more but that should be enough for now.

  i have renewed my relationship with christ and i am looking foward to his wonderful blessings in my future.

  now that i am finally worshipping him in spirit and truth and i have the hope of going to heaven someday.

  assuming for the sake of argument that the bible is inspired of god, why do you trust this god?.

  how do you know anything he says is true?.

  for all you know, satan may have created everything, and then yahweh came in to take the credit.. for all you know, yahweh may just like messing with people.
